Yahir Marta is the owner of SPE Performance Training. He is a Youth Exercise Specialist and certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Yahir brings years of coaching and training experience and a proven record of success with young athletes in different sports. He works with individuals, groups,and team to asses their training needs and develop training programs that will improve form, enhance performance skills and enable the athlete to compete with confidence.
